Who IS it?

While saying you are willing to concede that God is One ALL, you insist that the "trouble" must be handled or that the "belief" of trouble, wrongness, must be handled. OK.  Fine.  But, will you tell me please who it is who has the belief? God Being the  Only One, who is it that carries or has the belief? Do you mean that God has the belief? Ponder this, please!
